True Health New Mexico will officially shut down all health plan operations effective 8/31/2024. Mail received after this date will be returned to sender. The time-limits for claims and Appeals & Grievance items have expired. Per New Mexico and Federal regulatory requirements of the No Surprise Billing Act, True Health New Mexico members may not be balanced billed for services except for applicable member cost-share (deductibles, co-insurance, copays)
